We are of the opinion that costs and time should be saved as much as possible and that court action is not always the first step to start a legal case.
In many cases, e.g with open credits, the problem can often be simply solved with a letter of demand to the debtor. It is also often possible to get reimbursement for a major part of of the expenses from the opposing party .
We are happy to inform you about our hourly rates, fees related to legal action and court fees.
