The Eisner Dwyer law office was founded in 1971 and has focused from the beginning, not only on German, but also on international clients in all matters relating to German civil law. We are in the position to represent our clients in all German regional and high courts (Amts- und Landgerichte). Correspondence languages are German, English and Italian.

We offer a wide range of legal support for both business (e.g. corporate and employment law) and personal (e.g. inheritance and family law) matters relating to German Civil law. We also offer our clients a full service in the area of debt collection and compulsory execution (further information below), including the enforcement of foreign judgements in Germany.

Eisner Dwyer is also one of the leading service providers in the field of German work- and VISA- applications for IT-specialists coming to Germany. Our clients in this field are some of the biggest international IT-companies.

Our company policy is to ensure that all fees and other costs are transparent for our clients and are kept to a minimum. In many cases, German law foresees partial reimbursement from the opposing party.
